Bridging Our Differences |
|
Bridge 13 is a program designed to
help young people or service providers understand the experiences of
lesbian, gay, bi, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth. Bridge 13 brings peer educators ages 23 and younger to high school classes, teen residential programs, youth groups, teacher trainings, social service agencies, conferences, and other forums to facilitate fun and interactive workshops for groups of up to 60 people. If you are interested in having a Bridge 13 presentation for your school or organization, email austin@prideproject.org Mission * Educate others
about the experiences of trans, gay, bi, lesbian and questioning youth. * Share knowledge and
skills while building bridges between communities. * Develop youth
leadership and positive role modeling. * Motivate others to take action as allies to lesbian, trans, bi, and gay people.
